If you are applying for energy bill assistance and would like one-on-one support completing your application, visit Newton Public Library on Feb. 7 from 1 to 4 p.m. Be sure to bring your identification, proof of income and current utility bills. LIEAP restores or maintains electricity, natural gas, propane and other home heating fuels. Applications will be accepted through the last business day in March.​
